Updates and lessons learned

Thank you to everyone who showed up to support me and the other entrepreneurs at a virtual fair yesterday. While I may not have reached my sales goal I was happy to participate. And congrats to my fellow entrepreneurs yesterday on their new businesses!

2. The goal is to find something in between what your good at, and what you like to do.

I know some businesses write their own reviews and it’s great but, that spoils the work . If someone finds out you could be losing money fast , so, if you’re a business owner here DON’T make your own reviews.

I also remember that it isn’t snap to make businesses.

It took a month and a half for me to make my Christmas launch , and by the time I’d made it , it was only 8 days before Christmas !

I’ve learned that it’s good to plan things in advance but it’s okay if not everything goes according to plan. I listened to customer advice saying to charge more for custom order, I adjusted my product listings to list colors, and I’m going to make sure my size chart is easily available.

Two days ago was a virtual fair I participated in, it was a lot of fun and I learned so much!

I made almost enough money (once I finish fulfilling all the orders) for a ten dollar donation to Code Your Dreams!  

I hope to grow my business further and donate more money to Code Your Dreams in the future.
